TLConcept is an innovative design-build practice distinguished by our belief in integrating the architect and builder at every stage of the creative process.
With comprehensive understanding, we lead our clients through the entire process, assuming responsibility for executing a project that intelligently and creatively meets their desires. By integrating the talents of informed designers with the skills of inspired builders, TLConcept’s work presents a refreshing clarity of detail and craft producing an aesthetic, both natural and unique.
The firm was established in 2011 by Tomasz Lopinski. Shortly, after his graduation from Architecture Institute at Technical University in Lodz, Poland he arrived to United States in 2002 and began working with architects in Rivertowns of Southern Westchester, NY. He was also involved in numerous projects as a construction manager working closely with all trades.
